but really though, Is it time to send in a sniper to take out Saddam? Of course we could always put a hit out on him too, I'm sure there are a handful of qualified people that would do it dirt cheap if not for free. ^-^

To be really smart, you'd have to make contact with Saddam. When he invites you to his secret place, you (like in the Bond movies, with a push of a buttom) call in reinforcements. Personally, you go to the place and play around some Matrux there... :P Hey! It worked in the movies! :D
