North Korea admits nuke plans

Not really new news, but they've accepted their existance of their plans.

So the question that comes to my mind is :

Is there any problem that non-first world countries in their use of their sovereignty can produce nuclear weapons for disuasive purpouses ?

I don't think North Korea are "ready" to have nukes. Even if they say it isn't blackmail, it still is, because sooner or later they will threathen other countries.

If it comes down to who threathens more, then just answer which country has more nukes, there is the real threath, maybe my own country is in their "hit list". So if North Korea thinks that having WoMD will increase their security, it's their right.

But aren't those with the mass stock hold like Russia and the US destroying them every day to decrease the amount world wide? I thought I saw Bush signing something the other day that agreed for US and Russia to destroy more of them.

Do you really think they are doing it to increase their security or to be able to use them for bargaining powers and as supplemental income by pawning them off to those with itchy trigger fingers?

More nukes bad, Less nukes good.

I feel the same about North Korea having nukes as I do about every other country that has nukes; it scares the crap out of me, but this time more so since NK is just so...off...
