Seems like France is usually considered as a WWII winner. I think you are pretty generous, France is a loser country because of its erroneous military strategy (the Maginot defense wall line). After France has been defeated in weeks, Vichy has been a nationalist regime, that has abandoned Jews to germans. Why we are often considered as winners is just britain magnanimity, because insulting patriotism leads to nationalism and nationalism leads to war.

About UN security council: being a member is closely related to possession of H bomb. UN should not replace a H bomb possessor by an A bomb possessor. UN should not accept any A bomb possessor. Or may be you think North Korea is better than France?

Those France removal propositions are pure anti-french agitation. The actual problem is not France but China and Russia. Why US can't remove those insane North Korea militarists? Because China and Russia are a bit too nervous. Especially Vladimir Poutine, he seems much more nervous than Boris Eltsine.

I do not think that the asking of France from the Security Council is anti-French agitation the propositions may not have some point to them if French weapons had not been found in Iraq.
