I have read a resent article in pc gamer in the uk and they claim that at certain points in the game you will have visions and will have to decide on there meaning of the dream. The game will take different avenues depending on your choice. The article also claimed that Pauls stillsuit will provide him with extra energy the more physical exercise he does.

The cyro website elaborates more on prescience vision and also mentions there will be a training room at the start of the game where the player can train with Gurney Halleck.
