Full authority has been given to you to draft a new government for Iraq- the only catch is that you will have no power in it (thereby preventing you from getting corrupt and declaring yourself the dictator).THis is your chance to form a new government. You can take an existing on and put it there, or create a brand new government from scratch! You have 23 million people, and the US & British troops at your disposal (for up to 5 years) in creating this government. With support of UN (read US ;) ) security mission the country will soon come into peaceful land. There is just a possibility of creating Kurdistan on the north, if the attack won't be soon.
