i must help how can i make map and good one at the map editor and two how u put the picture of the map on the game!

i need tutroial! plz

The map editor has 2 read-me's.

Could someone move this to dune editing?

Download the emperor mapeditor on your computer. There is a tutorial and read the map editor help/tutorial word file ( see screenshot ).

To make a picture: open mapeditor and hit "build map". Select "view map" and press "T" ( to make pic ).

Press "esc" and look for the file "mapdump0.tga in your mapeditor folder.

Put that file in your emperor/data/maps/mapfolder and rename it as !05%thumb.tga

You now haven made a picture of your map [attachment archived by Gobalopper]

yes but i cant open that with the emperor map editor and see what u did!

i saw almost all yours maps it really unbeliveable it so fun!...

1. download the official map editor.

2. unzip the official map editor.

3. find the 2 .doc documents.
