Surf to www.howiesfunware.com and download the free shareware program howies quick screen capture V 1.07

It allows you to make many screenshots and saves them to your harddisc.

After you downloaded the program, open it and read the help topic for explination how to use it.

Pull up the screen that you want to take a shot of. Then press "Print Screen" on your key board. (It is right after F12)

Then close the screen or minimize and open Paint. Once its open go to Edit , Paste. Then you have it, save it. When you want to post it just open a Post and type what you want like a regular post and go to the Attach section and click browse. Find the file and push ok. Then send the post and there you go.
