Help with Map editor + upload

Hi

I just made an emp map on the official map editor from the net. I am trying to upload this map but my limit is 5 mb. The two files created when i saved the map are 10 mb in total (when zipped). There is a pdf which is 14mb and some other which is 600kb. do you need the texture file (pdf) to play the map on a m8's pc? where can i freely upload this map ( pref. into email or post) if one does?
