Most likely, a company as large as Amazon.com would also accept cashier's cheques (i.e. money orders). If they don't someone on Ebay will (and you may be able to find one for like 30 cents to boot ;)).

Well, you could try to get the game Frank Herbert's Dune, and listen to the music ingame (or record it from ingame), perhaps waiting for an extractor to come out (someone was working on it...).
