well, after i went to DAPs site, it opened a window, that was full sized, and then it shrunk to fit itself around a demo of its program,

i closed that, and whenever i opened IE, it would come up that size, so i did the thing of opening it, and maximising it etc, so it worked, and my IE opens normal size again, but, when i click on a link that opens in a new window, it comes up in its miniture size, I can't get new windows to be maximized at all.

Anyone know how to set the open new link windows size thingy?

I have also pop ups that apear in a small size and can't get them maximized. Pop ups do have their own sort of setting, which I haven't found anything for to resize.

I found a solution, though im not happy with this resolve.

A program called auto-sizer, it maximizes all my IE windows, but adds another program to my start up list, which I keep squeky clean. It uses very slim resources though.
