I asked Kali if they were planing on adding Dune 2000 to their list of games when it came out, their reply was:

We have added this game to our list of games to try when they come out.

We won't know if we can support it until it comes out and we try it.

But if it has IPX support, there is a good chance that it will work on Kali.

I also fixed a few bugs for IE users and added a rating system to the links.
