This is a little bit I found on the Westwood Tournament pages about the Dune 2000 Tournament. Basically says that if you are having trouble with your scores not being posted, etc. to contact Westwood so they can help. Also it seems that prizes should be awarded this month if everything goes well:

We're still picking the prizes for this month. Please check back with us at the end of this week. Winners will be announced during the second week of November.

If everything goes well, we will begin giving away prizes for DUNE 2000 soon. However, we would like to hear from YOU! If you have played DUNE 2000 and been given an incorrect score or game result, please mail us and give us all the details of the game (opponent, time, conditions, etc.)

Also, please remember that we have updated the rules to specifically include the following.

• You may not use more than ONE nickname in the tournament. If we find out that any one person has been playing with two or more nicknames, they will be disqualified from winning.
• You may not win with a nickname that is registered to any free email provider. 99% the nicknames that we have come across which are bogus, or are being used to gie wins to other accounts have been provided through free email providers. Since every internet provider gives its users an email account, we suggest you use this one for playing with and dispose of any old accounts.
• Only one prize per household/per person/per three months.
• No person may play another household member at any time in any tournament. No exceptions.
