Stefan Hendriks has just informed me that he has made a new Map Generator for Dune 2! The program is part of the many map editing tools he has made for Dune 2 and this is the latest. The program is still in beta as it still has some problems, like the Construction Yard being placed in the sand, still worth the download so head on over to his site and download it.
