Here is an update from GameStats about their Games of Encouragement drive:

Games Of Encouragement, A charity Drive started by GameStats has been a really beautiful success and I'd like to thank each of you who posted about this initiative. It proves in many ways that lots of the press this community gets which is less than positive may not be 100 percent of the picture. :-) Anyhow, the drive has netted well in excess of 1000 donations (we aredoing an inventory this evening) and donations from gamesites, producers, publishers, private citizens, and others. The drive will continue to January Fourth.
