For those of you who haven't voted in the poll yet I have more fuel to add to the fire! IGN PC has a new preview of Tiberian Sun which talks of a new structure:

One great thing about being in the GDI is that you won't always have to build everything for yourself. Once you've built one of these landing bays, you'll be able to directly order units from home base, which will be carried in by giant dropships. This can really save your ass when the fighting is getting tight and you have more money than military power.

Could it be? A Starport in T:Sun? Next thing you know they will have Sand Worms... oh wait that would be the Visceroid :)
