gordiewolf has emailed me the latest version of his strategy guide. This version looks to be much better then the first and is the first of four. Below is an explanation:

I had to split the guide up in 4 parts because even after a maximum zip it was over 1000K (my threshhold for attachments on my E-mail account). Each part has this file and it's best to have all parts as i cut the guide in half so there will be the start to a sentance on the first guide, and an end to a sentance on the other.
Check out the guide here, I'm not sure when the next three parts will be released.
