I had an interesting weekend installing my new hard drive. I don't know what it is but whenever you install something new there is always some sort of problem. Well I have it all worked out now but I have no idea what to do with 30GB :)

Anyway to the news that matters. Koen has announced a new version of TibEd with Dune 2000 support on his website. This will let you edit the game much like the now defunct DuneEdit'98. I currently have a test version of the editor that lets you edit units, buildings, weapons and some warheads as well as a add unit option. The add unit option isn't really possible because of the game structure but replacing them might be. Keep watching for the late September release, I am sure a lot of you have been waiting for a program like this.

Also, more proof that there is a Dune game being produced was made available by RAX again. According to one of their staff members a contact at EA, Westwood's publisher, said they will be releasing Dune Emperor. If you are looking for more information on our own speculation check out this post made back in May.
