This one is by checkout.com and is very short, with not a lot on the game. They did have this to say though:

Even though the game has just been announced and further details are sure to come, it's quite clear that Westwood is finally taking the next step and not a moment too soon. Just when the RTS market is drying up fast, Westwood is promising to take it to the next level.
