I finished updating the various pages with the new images provided in the recently released fan kit. There were three new gameplay screenshots but they are small so hard to see anything in any detail. They do look interesting though and in this shot you can see what looks to be the Kobra cannon in its undeployed state. There are also new images for the nebula's of each planet along with what look to be newer versions of the homeplanets. A lot of units and two structures have larger versions available as well. Last thing I added was the "sector map" which is a rendering of the battlefield selection screen. There are also a bunch of backgrounds, buttons, and textures available but nothing that would interest most unless you plan on creating a website with them.

Also here is the latest from Meatball in the official forum to round out the week:

I just sat down and watched all 1.5 hours of cinematic footage from Emperor. I don't know if all this will get edited down or not, but I must say some of the sets look better than the miniseries. Even if you like the Atreides or Ordos best, I'm recommending you play through the Harkonnen side still. The storyline is pretty twisted.

Nothing beats chewing through a platoon of Atreides troopers with a line of whirling Buzzsaws. They really are one of the more distinctive units in the game that I think you'll have fun playing around with - particularly if you're into masochistic Harkonnen tactics.

Yes, like it or not, heartplugs make an appearance in Emperor.

I can't remember how many hours of footage Dune 2000 had but one and a half should be more then enough :)
