Computer Games Online reports that February is "Harkonnen Month" on the official Emperor: Battle for Dune website. However at the time of writing this post, I can not confirm this fact on the official site, but it could explain why the Harkonnen cutscene video is on Westwood's FTP.

Update: Westwood has announced it's "Harkonnen Month" on the official site, and will be posting new info on House Harkonnen this month. In addition, Westwood has posted a link to a new [ftp=ftp://ftp.westwood.com/pub/press/emperor/harkonnen-legacy.mp3]Harkonnen themed MP3[/ftp] (722Kb), and the same [ftp=ftp://ftp.westwood.com/pub/press/emperor/harkonnen-cutscene.mpg]Harkonnen video[/ftp] (11.7 Mb) mentioned yesterday.
