The Devastator looks to be the final Harkonnen unit as the "Harkonnen month" is coming to an end. Check out the details below:

No machine on the battlefield inspires as much awe and terror as the Harkonnen Devastator. Three times the weight of a fully-loaded harvester, the newly-introduced 'walking' Devastator towers above nearly every ground unit, friend or foe. As time and the rigors of battle on Arrakis plagued the original tracked model with malfunctions, Baron Rakan seized the relatively peaceful period of 10182 to sink prodigious amounts of funding into a new Devastator design. A bizarre three-legged prototype emerged as the winning model, blasting through all the test runs with shining colors. Rakan promptly ordered 20 full Devastator battle platoons for full operation before 10186, a move many speculate to act foremost as a terror tactic and deterrent to war rather than an invitation. Employing 2 enormous plasma cannons powered by illegal atomic generators, the Devastator shrugs off all but the mightiest assaults and wreaks havoc against both fortified and unarmored installations. Air attacks are staved off by a roof-mounted missile rack that detects, tracks and engages both air and ground targets automatically. The only apparent drawback to the current Devastator design is its lack of speed, which allows overunning by opponents of significant numbers. In these desperate moments, the vehicle commander can elect to manually overload the atomic reactors, causing a suicidal explosion that levels everything in the immediate vicinity.

There is also a rendering of the Devastator available, or take a look at the units officially announced so far in the Units section.
