Another update from the official forum this time from Delphi. He lets us know a little about the Carryalls and a few other misc questions, check them out below:

1. Will you be able to get the carry alls to lift units to the repair depot?

Yes, advanced caryalls can be directed to move units to repair depots.

Update: Delphi had this wrong, there won't be repair pads, here is his edited answer:

No repair pads at the moment, the Atreides do have a repair vehicle though.

2. Will the carry alls lift the harvester to the closest refinery or the available refinery?

Yes.

3. Will we be able to rotate structures?

Yes! It comes in very handy to! - LINK

It will work out well, Emperor is designed a bit different from previous C&C games. Granted it will have a familar interface, the units tactics will be very unique.

1. No the saboteur does not cloak, once given a target he will run and explode on impact.

2. Presently they[starport] are available to all players. Who said spice bribes never paid off.

3. We are still working on the balance of these[superweapons]. But, yes their effects will be extremely powerful... - LINK

Delphi also mentioned that March is Atreides month but didn't say when the unit-of-the-week would be posted. I would assume that if it isn't today it will be Friday.
