Are You Out of Sync?

Looks like people at Westwood actually ready our website! :P

You may remember the poll we held recently about problems with the netcode of Westwood games, namely Dune 2000. Well it looks like Westwood's tech support people have been paying attention and posted this in our forum:

We are currently looking into the issue which you posted about on Dune2K.com. Namely, the Out of Sync errors. When did this begin happening? What, exactly, happens when you try to connect? What is the game setup (i.e. 2 player, 4 player, etc.) when the game starts, and does anyone drop? If so, who gets dropped? Does it happen all the time? Any other information about these games you would like to add?

Please email this information to TechHelp@Westwood.com with (and this is important) "Per Your Request" in the subject field. Thanks.

So anyone who has been experiencing problems with out-of-sync errors in Dune 2000, I know there are lots of you from the email I get, write down the info they ask and send it off. I'm not sure if you will get a response back but they will be reading it. And don't just tell them "it doesn't work" as that won't help get it fixed.
