The Dune miniseries was recently nominated for a 2001 Hugo award for Dramatic Presentation. Other nominees are:

Chicken Run

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

Frequency

X-Men

From the looks of the list, it doesn't stand much of a chance. Not due to lack of quality, but due to lack of exposure, (all of the others are very popular feature films), and one of them was nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture.

So, I'm not going to ask you if you think it will win, but if you think it should win.
