Chris (Delphi) answered a few questions at the official forum earlier today. Check them out below:

1. Will we be able to play the sub-houses in skirmish modes?

Delphi - yes!

2. Does the contaminator affect only infantry or also tanks?

Delphi - Only Infantry..

3. If you ally with the fremen will worms still attack you?

Delphi - They will attack your regular units, Fremen have mastered the art of walking on sand without sound.

4. How much cash will you start off with? "in skrmish games"

Delphi - Between 5000 - 30,000 credits

5. Will the IX projector create one illusion per unit?

Delphi - Yes, one illusion per unit.. - LINK
