Does any one have info on the different types of Chocobos from Final Fantasy 1 to 5

isnt it just yellow from 6 downwards

Yes it is, I just finished those games. There is one black in FF 5 or 6, but that's all. all good.

What!!? you guys dont know final fantasy. In final fantasy 4 (or 2 american) You had black chocobos and white ones with the yellow. now the originals on nintendo and supernintendo had only yellows like in final fantasy 6. I have beaten them ;D

See, I said that one of them had a black, I just couldn't remember. This is what we know, we know our Final Fantasys, I assure you. And what you just said is what we have established.

Just to let  you all know, 6/3 is the best.  Anyway, FF7 definetly had the best chocobos, but the storyline makes up that.

This is from seven onwards to nine.:

Yellow - Able to traverse flatland,

Blue - Flatlands and Reefs

Red - Flatlands and mountains

Green - Flatlands, mountains and cliffs

Black - Flatlands mountains cliffs and reefs

Purple - Flatlands, mountains, cliffs, reefs and oceans

Gold.- same as purple

Pale Yellow - Able to fly
