Westwoods new RightNow support database for E:BFD is now available to everyone who wants to know anything about E:BFD. This is what Chris Longpore had to say about it:

I just wanted to call your attention to the RightNow support database for Emperor. From the main westwood page http://www.westwood.com click on Support and then choose to 'Get your Answers Right Now'.

This powerful utility will quickly help you find answers to your questions about the game, tech support, etc. Its start off with about 100 answers to commonly asked questions, and as it gets used more & more, it will grow with more knowledge.

If your in a hurry, and you need the answer. RightNow!
