Straight from the ranking members of the Landsraad Council comes the readme.doc file for Emperor. There isn't much to it but it does mention you can only select a maximum of 64 units at one time.

In other news there is someone over at the official forums giving away his old graphics card, Ge Force 2 Gts 64, all you pay is the shipping from Australia. So if you need to upgrade your graphics card before buying Emperor this card should be more then able to handle it.
