Getting Money for kills

Is it possible in the mission editor to make it so i get - for example 20 cash every time i kill 1 unit?
I have not much experience with the newer versions of the editor since last time i created some maps was about 5 years ago.

Also while im at it, i was wondering if in the starport menu you can just blank out some slots, basicly having only like 6 slots to buy units in.
Would also be cool if you could buy more than just 6 units at once, but i suppose thats not possible.
