Tim Withers sent me an early copy of the FAQ he is working on for Emperor. It is currently at version 0.1 so there is still a lot of work to be done, check out what he has so far, it is in .doc format.

Also, Shiroko should be launching his website soon which will contain info on all of his FAQs including the one for Emperor that he is still working on. For now you can check out a smaller page that has the latest versions.
