Riper wanted me to let everyone know that he is working on an editor for Emperor that will make editing the Rules.txt and ArtIni.txt files much easier. The program will let you write new versions of those two files once you are down editing and will let you edit all building/unit stats, change the sidebar, and change all of the general data. He provided images of editing the Atreides sidebar and another chosing sidebar icons. The program should be released sometime next week.
