Hark Challenge

Well I don't know how it is a "challenge" as this mod called Hark Challenge improves on the Harkonnen units and brings down the speed of the Atreides Air Drone. But for those of you who think the Harkonnen are too weak this is the mod for you, check out the changes below:

-Atreides Air Drone speed changed from 20 to 15.

-Harvestors for all houses can self repair.

-Splash Damage added to the Inkvine.

-Self Repair added to Devastator.

-Splash damage added to Devastator's Plasma Gun.

-Self destruct on Devastator and Death hand Missle has a larger area, less damage is applied to units and buildings depending how far they are from the blast.

-Missle Tank gets 50% more range on third level of veterancy.
