Riper has updated DVMC to version 1.08 and improved upon a few things in the process. You will no longer need to download the images files to get the program to work and this version is compatible with the latest patch. Here are the details:

* Emperor no longer crashes after playing a game.

* Loading speed increased.

* Added the ability to change 14 campaign options and create a campaign only mod.

* About form looks nicer... no... About form looks more nifty.

* New full release (Meaning version 1.08 needs to be installed in order for all feature versions to work.

Riper also says that you will need version 1.03 installed first, then 1.05, and finally 1.08 in order to get things working properly. You can find the download in the Emperor files section.
