Just a quick recap of some news around the community. The official messageboard is back up after Westwood shut it down temporarily yesterday. They also announced Dune Fanatic as fansite of the week a short while ago and the Sneaky Tactics contest is still underway.

Dune Mods.com has moved to a new server but are not updating. Not sure when they are going to be re-opening. We should have some sort of "editing" subsite ready soon, Riper the guy behind the Visual Mod Creator should be behind that.

Dune 3 Wars posted a MOD for rushers. Basically it increases the speed of everything by 70%, so if you find it is taking to long to get that Devastator across the sand you might want to give it a try.

Also keep an eye out for the new map-pack this Friday, there shouldn't be any delays this time either. :)
