That's right the [ftp=ftp://ftp.westwood.com/pub/emperor/EmperorMapEditor.zip]map editor[/ftp] has just been released to the FTP site weighing in at just under 24MB. I am just downloading it now and should have it mirrored locally shortly. In the meantime don't forget our chat today, head on over to irc.ugc.net channel #dune to talk about the map editor. If you don't have an IRC client feel free to use our Java based one.

Update: I downloaded the map editor and am reading through the tutorial stuff now. While you download you may want to give them a read. The first two are in DOC format: Tutorial (57KB), Help (4MB), Readme (2KB).
