We now have a map archive where you can view/download every map released so far. There are six new maps and one updated map you can find there. Links for submitting and installing maps located there as well.

Also, Eirik Sorstrommen has released version one of "Emperor Map Information Manager" that lets you create readme files for your maps easily. Future versions could include thumbnails and preview map options. You can find more details and a download at his website.
