Well, the moderators on the Dune Generations forums have been busy once again. Here's the low-down:

You are limited when it comes to chosing help from "service" factions, eg. the Bene Gesserit and Mentats. You get to chose how big your family becomes, no characters (once again Mentats, BG) will join your house of their own accord, there are both advantages and disadvantages for running a "good" house versus a "bad" house, you cannot increase the abilities of companion (BG, Mentat, etc) characters, and only members of the Mercenary-type house can rent there companions to other houses.

Nothing shocking there, but slightly interesting.
