Dreamcatcher has put up some answers to what I am guessing are some of the more common problems with their game. I have had a few people tell me this page has helped with most of their problems. If your question isn't answered there they they have a Customer Support area for that.

Keep in mind they just service the North American market, Cryo published the game elsewhere and has a similar section on their site.
