Koen has finished off the latest version of his TibEd editing program for Emperor. I don't have a complete list of changes but there are a lot of them and a complete list should be posted to the TibEd website shortly.

In the meantime head over to the Emperor editors download page and download the latest version.

Update: Changes in TibEd are now posted on Koen's site. Emperor updates include; Full building editing, Turret (weapons) editing, Bullet editing, and Warhead editing.
