How to change Tileset color?

So im trying to access the tilesets in BLOXBASE.R16 but winrar tells me error that the file may be corrupt or broken!

Any Help is always Greatly Appreciated!

You are not suposse to extract the .r16 files.

You can use this tool first.

You can open the tileset (the .r16 file); and use "export" to get the imagen.

then you simply edit it with photoshop, gimp or whatever paint tool you have; and once done you use that tile set editor to import the imagen in and save it as a .r16 file.

If I recall, the tool-kit should have this tool already incorporated, so if you have the tool-kit already you don't need to download anything more.
