Greetings

So I was playing Germany ("As the new millennium approaches...") it the briefing states industry profits. Then I noticed as I was playing.... I can't buy any businesses/industry accessories.

 

So....

 

What happened?

*Did I need/do I need to get gov't permission via territory map? I couldn't see that.

*Is there a time later when you can buy, achieve a certain level of money?

*Did DESIGNER of map forget to have ability to let you buy???

On any scenario map, you need the "industrial model" (under options) to be set on "expert".

 

If you set the game difficulty to either "hard" or "expert", that's set automatically.
