How to unlock the units

I cant seem to use the Air drone the AA mine and the ADP how do i activate it from my game and does it affect the editing stuff like the rules or anything?

is this campaign? or just editing the rules file, and is it deactivate or activate?

Is your computer's clock set correctly?

Your computer time. You know those numbers that show up in the bottom right of your screen? :)

The date is important. If it's wrong (esp. if you have the MM bug) then the 'preorder' units (the ones you've specified above) won't work. Failing that, make sure the CD is not a copied one, etc, and reinstall.
