Ok, this is when you get to the end of a mission right? It would go to a score screen but instead it crashes?

I don't think this has been fixed yet, you can try downloading the latest version of the patch - http://d2kplus.com/subhousesfix.php but I don't think that has a fix for this bug. I need to get CCHyper to help me fix this bug, I've isolated the part of the code. At the moment a simple work around would be to make it skip the score screen by editing the UIL files.
