A clash of Titans. But Macabi was inferior and only once took head. The game leaned over to Panathinaikos after 35' where the lack of alternative options and depth of good players became visible after Macabi was loaded with fouls. Yet they fought with 'nails and teeth' with the foul tactic (70-74 19'' before the end) and made Panathinaikos to have to sweat to win.

Agreed. I wouldn't bear to see Barcelona raise the Cup.
