ErasOmnius
The so-called Upper Houses of our National Legislatures. They range in varying degrees of authority from, what seems to be to the outside observer, very little power in the UK and Canada; to a type of veto-proof say in the US. Not only that, in the US, each state receives 2 Senators, regardless of population. So Delaware receives 2 US Senators with only 885,000 people; but so does California with 37 million. Is is time to get rid of upper chambers from our legislature?
