Alistair Darling has given himself until April 22 to prepare his Budget, much later in the year than normal. At this rate, he'll need every minute.   Dr.  Vaknin has written extensively about  narcissism.

  Dr.  Vaknin States "I must confess I was impressed by  Sen.Barack Obama from the first time I saw  him.  At first I was excited to see a black  candidate.  He looked youthful, spoke well,  appeared to be confident - a wholesome  presidential package.  I was put off soon,  not just because of his shallowness but also  because there was an air of haughtiness in his  demeanor that was unsettling.  His posture  and his body language were louder than his empty  words. Obama's speeches are unlike any political  speech we have heard in American history.  Never a politician in this land had such quasi  "religious" impact on so many people.  The  fact that Obama is a total incognito with zero  accomplishment, makes this inexplicable  infatuation alarming. Obama is not an ordinary  man.  He is not a genius.  In fact  he is quite ignorant on most important  subjects." 

Barack  Obama is a  narcissist.

 

  Dr.  Sam Vaknin, the author of the Malignant Self  Love believes  "Barack Obama appears to be  a narcissist."  Vaknin is a world authority  on narcissism.  He understands narcissism  and describes the inner mind of a narcissist  like no other person.  When he talks about  narcissism everyone listens.  Vaknin says  that Obama's language, posture and demeanor, and  the testimonies of his closest, dearest and  nearest suggest that the Senator is either a  narcissist or he may have narcissistic  personality disorder (NPD).  Narcissists  project a grandiose but false image of  themselves.  Jim Jones, the charismatic  leader of People's Temple, the man who led over  900 of his followers to cheerfully commit mass  suicide and even murder their own children was  also a narcissist.  David Koresh, Charles  Manson, Joseph Koni, Shoko Asahara, Stalin,  Saddam, Mao,Kim Jong Ill and Adolph Hitler are a  few examples of narcissists of our time.  All these men had a tremendous influence over  their fanciers.  They created a personality  cult around themselves and with their blazing  speeches elevated their admirers, filled their  hearts with enthusiasm and instilled in their  minds a new zest for life.  They gave them  hope!  They promised them the moon, but  alas, invariably they brought them to their  doom.  When you are a victim of a cult of  personality, you don't know it until it is too  late.  One determining factor in the  development of NPD is childhood  abuse

    "Obama's  early life was decidedly chaotic and replete  with traumatic and mentally bruising  dislocations," says Vaknin.  "Mixed-race  marriages were even less common then.  His  parents went through a divorce when he was an  infant (two years old).  Obama saw  his father only once again, before he died in a  car accident.  Then his mother  re-married and Obama had to relocate to  Indonesia, a foreign land with a radically  foreign culture, to be raised by a  step-father.  At the age of ten, he was  whisked off to live with his maternal  (white)grandparents.  He saw his  mother only intermittently in the following few  years and then she vanished from his life in  1979.  She died of cancer in  1995".

    One  must never underestimate the manipulative genius  of pathological narcissists.  They project  such an imposing  personality that it  overwhelms those around them.  Charmed by  the charisma of the narcissist, people become  like clay in his hands.  They  cheerfully do his bidding and delight to be at  his service.  The narcissist shapes  the world around himself and reduces others in  his own inverted image.  He creates a cult  of personality.  His admirers become his  co-dependents.  Narcissists have no  interest in things that do not help them to  reach their personal objective.  They  are focused on one thing alone and that is  power.  All other issues are  meaningless to them and they do not want to  waste their precious time on trivialities.  Anything that does not help them is beneath them  and do not deserve their  attention.

    If  an issue raised in the Senate does not help  Obama in one way or another, he has no interest  in it.  The "present" vote is a safe  vote.  No one can criticize him if things  go wrong.  Those issues are unworthy by  their very nature because they are not about  him.  Obama's election as the first black  president of the Harvard Law Review led to  a contract and advance to write a book about  race  relations.

  The  University of Chicago Law School provided him a  lot longer than expected and at the end it  evolved into, guess what?  His own  autobiography!  Instead of writing a  scholarly paper focusing on race relations, for  which he had been paid, Obama could not resist  writing about his most sublime self.  He  entitled the book Dreams from My  Father.      Not  surprisingly, Adolph Hitler also wrote his own  autobiography when he was still nobody.  So  did Stalin.  For a narcissist no  subject is as important as his own  self.  Why would he waste his  precious time and genius writing about  insignificant things when he can write about  such an august being as himself?  Narcissists are often callous and even  ruthless.  As the norm, they lack  conscience.  This is evident from Obama's  lack of interest in his own brother who lives on  only one dollar per  month.

    A  man who lives in luxury, who takes a private jet  to vacation in Hawaii, and who has raised nearly  half a billion dollars for his campaign  (something unprecedented in history) has no  interest in the plight of his own brother.  Why?  Because, his brother cannot be used  for his ascent to  power.

    A  narcissist cares for no one but himself.  This election is like no other in the history of  America. The issues are insignificant compared  to what is at stake.  What can be more  dangerous than having a man bereft of  conscience, a serial liar, and one who cannot  distinguish his fantasies from reality as the  leader of the free world?  I hate to sound  alarmist, but one is a fool if one is not  alarmed. Many politicians are narcissists.  They pose no threat to others...They are simply  self serving and  selfish.

    Obama  evidences symptoms of pathological narcissism,  which is different from the run-of-the-mill  narcissism of a Richard Nixon or a Bill Clinton  for example.  To him reality and fantasy  are intertwined.  This is a mental health  issue, not just a character flaw.  Pathological narcissists are dangerous because  they look normal and even intelligent.  It  is this disguise that makes them  treacherous.

    Today  the Democrats have placed all their hopes in  Obama.  But this man could put an end  to their party.  The great majority  of blacks have also decided to vote for  Obama.  Only a fool does not know  that their support for him is racially  driven.  This is racism, pure and  simple.  The downside of this is that  if Obama turns out to be the disaster I predict,  he will cause widespread resentment among the  whites.

    The  blacks are unlikely to give up their  support of their man.  Cultic  mentality is pernicious and unrelenting.  They will dig their heads deeper in the sand and  blame Obama's detractors of racism. This will  cause a backlash among the whites. 

  The  white supremacists will take advantage of the  discontent and they will receive widespread  support.  I predict that in less than  four years, racial tensions will increase to  levels never seen since the turbulent  1960's.   

  Obama  will set the clock back decades... America is  the bastion of freedom.  The peace of the  world depends on the strength of America, and  its weakness translates into the triumph of  terrorism and victory of rogue  nations.   

  It  is no wonder that Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, the  Castrists, the Hezbollah, the Hamas, the lawyers  of the Guantanamo terrorists and virtually all  sworn enemies of America are so thrilled by the  prospect of their man in the White House.  America is on the verge of destruction.  There is no insanity greater than electing a  pathological narcissist as  president

There has been news lately that the water level in the Great Lakes has been dropping because of Global Warming caused by people.  ???

A study was conducted on the history of water levels in the lakes.

The conclusion was that human activities do not affect the water levels in the lakes.

It is a natural process that there is good historical records to support.

If Global Warming believers could control the Sun they might have a chance to really create Global Warming.  ::)

Well, the believers will have to keep looking for proof so they can continue to raise taxes for their special projects and keep the dollars (Carbon Credits) flowing into their pockets.  >:(

Now if there was a solid law against this type of fraud, we might fill up the empty concentration camps we built in Arizona.  ;D

If those are the people that will be using the concentration camps, I wonder how many people will be left on the outside of the barb wire?

Those in the camps would really become socialists?  Many generally would become non-producers and consumers of money.

I guess that was the reason for the gas chambers.

 

I heard that the majority of people that don't pay income taxes believe in Socialism.

The Majority of those people that believe in Capitalism do pay taxes to help those that don't.

It would seem if the tax paying capitalists end up in concentration camps, how will the Socialists survive without free money.

I've stated this before; But it is worth repeating.  We had a businessman from China visit us a few years back.

One of his comments has stuck with me.  He said he owned too businesses.  One was a car rental company and the other was a school that taught English that was getting too large.  He said he had to be vary careful; Otherwise, if a business got too big the government would take over the ownership of it.  He said he wished he lived in America where an ambitious person could become very wealthy.

Sounds like the business direction that the US is heading for, doesn't it.

This maybe more scary then interesting.

Obama is picking a lower court judge to become a Supreme Court Judge.

What is interesting is:  About 80% of this judges decisions have be reversed by the Supreme court as not being correct.

This judge states (And I paraphrase) that her experience and beliefs supersedes the Constitution and that her decisions dictate policy and law.

Apparently she believe the constituting is of little importance in her decisions and as a judge she does not have to follow constitutional law.

She also stated that because she's an Hispanic female her decisions are better than a Caucasian male.

Talk about an ego! Dangerous in her new position.

Interesting part of the medical plan Obama wants.

His team is working on the details.

One part says if a family does not enroll in the Government plan there will be fines of as much as $ 1,000.00 dollars.

It is estimated that these fines can raise millions of dollars for the Government. 

Maybe they will not need to raise our taxes.  Just fine us for everything we refuse to do. 

Who says our freedom and choose is part of the plan?

AP-  WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College.

Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from  Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental  College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.  To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.

Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.  The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president. When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.

Britain's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, Obama Eligibility Questioned leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey .. (I believe this case was thrown out by the judges)

This lawsuit claimed Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.  Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending.

This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year paying eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.

Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

This won't go anywhere, and it's probably better if it doesn't.

If true, this would be worse for the country than an impeachment conviction (which has never happened, at least for president). A sitting president thrown out of office for fraudelently gaining the office, as well as the office of senator, and perhaps even state senator.  And "America's First Black President" to boot?

I'm old enough to remember the Watt's riots - lived in Anaheim at the time.  We don't need a repeat of those.

Better for the blue dog democrates to grow a set and start standing up to Pelosi and Reid before this country becomes a banana republic.

I heard this morning that there is an amendment in congress to give 9 million to Pennsylvania to renovate a railroad station.  The station has been unused for 30 years.  I don't know which station or if it is in a historical area.  There is a lot of railroad history in Pennsylvania.

Anyone know about this?

This station in Lancaster is still in use by Amtrak. The Feds gave $9.6 mil towards the $12 mil project. Since it's still used by Amtrak I guess that explains the Feds involvement.

The article I read said $30M, and that the station hadn't been used in 30 years.  The AMTRAK station was new and down the track a bit.

When I was in Tacoma in the 1980s, the feds paid to refurbish the old Tacoma station (the AMTRAK station was new and down the track a bit).  As a guy who loves old buildings, I had mixed feelings about that.  I am glad the building was refurbished and put to good use (don't know what that use was) rather than being torn down or allowed to further deteriorate.  However, I can't help but thinking that the people who benefited from the refurbishment, namely the city and some private businesses, should have been the ones paying.  My mother is from Lancaster, so I sort of feel the same way about this station.

Tacoma's station is now a major museum.  On the third floor it has a large HO gauge railroad that represents what the Tacoma area was like when Railroads were king.

Heres an interesting idea for all of you out there who like speculating. Right now the catholic church has been moving further and further towards becoming more liberal and progressive. Well what happens if there is a backlash and a relatively young ultra-conservative pope is chosen and he essentially undoes the liberalization of John Paul II and more.

He essentially forces all those who dislike him out of the church but those who like him grow fanatically supportive. As his support grows his policies begin to resemble Hitler except with the church rather then the Germans. He then begins to attempt to raise a catholic army claiming that the Vatican is in danger of foreign invasion. What happens next? Does a foreign power step in and crush him or does it get to the point where the Papal States again become a true nation rather then the smallest country in the world.

It seems to me that the control, that the Catholic Church once had in the past, has been waining in resent times.

IMHO.  

The US is in greater trouble at this point and should be causing the world a great degree of fear.  As we move toward becoming a third world power it will hopefully be in a peaceful way and not involve a world war.

It is possible that the US has some kind of secret black opts weaponry that will turn the direction of our negative tide.

I say this because People have died when they say too much about what the US Government is doing behind closed doors.  New evidence has cast a different view on who killed Kennedy and why.

Governments lie now-a-days as if they no longer care who knows or maybe they know few care about what is true or false.
