His reply is below:A lot of things could potentially lead to out-of synch bugs. Most of these were resolved around patch 1.03 for the original game (the expansion and gold edition include the necessary patches in all versions). If gamers are patched up to version 1.03 or beyond, that should largely eliminate out of synch bugs.So if you are having problems with out of sync errors make sure you have the latest patch.
