no, like did anyone create a patch, so that if u run it, it will change all the graphics in the game to some high res ones? The graphics and textures kinda look old school.

Unto my knowledge, there is no such patch, unless you mean an unofficial high-res patch that is reportedly in the works (I think Hyper's working on it? not sure though), but that one does not change the graphics, only the screen resolution AFAIK.
