I'm a bit of a computer dummy and I just wondered if someone could give me a step-by-step guide on how to get a copy of Dune 2 running on Windows Vista? MrFlibble Posted April 9, 2009 Share Posted April 9, 2009 I'd suggest DOSBox as a means of running Dune II normally on Vista. They have a wiki, tutorials, frontends and all that kind of stuff.Running Dune II is simple: first, run SETUP.EXE and configure sound and memory. If you've got DOSBox, these should be no problem (select Sound Blaster/whatever you like and answer Yes to the extended memory question). Then, run he game (DUNE2.EXE).
