nemessith
I know that their mysterious and probably non-existing "the team" will never reply. Can't help you more than that. You should try and search the answer from programming communities. Participate in some newsgroups and I believe you'll find what you need.
Guest joachim schiele
seems to be a long time since i have been here so here are some news:now i got a working extractor(written in c) and useable from the command line.it's supported under linux and maybe with some little modifications it can be used under windows.it extracts the pak-files and stores the contence in a folder with the pak name.and i included the source of the algorithm from "Olaf van der Spek <Olaf@XCC.TMFWeb.NL>" which should do a great job in converting the images(cps2png) but it's not working yet.you can download the source from my sitewww.dune2.de -> extractorhope this helpssorry for my bad english
Guest Tryggve
Well, the maps aren't stored. look in scenario.ini. There is a random seed number in there. Chnage this yo get a totally different map. Dunno what ranges it uses though :)
